2 sessions
Our first session is to ensure our goals align as a client and therapist. We will iron out any questions and understand goals. A relaxation hypnosis is also included as a test run for you to feel what its like. We may integrate your parts that may be in conflict & deal with your unwanted pattern at hand.
This session we will review your tasking and take you deep into an hour of Hypnosis. We will uncover any limiting beliefs or negative emotions that could be blocked or need releasing. Set goals then onto the last task. I will check in with you between 3-12 months to ensure your on track.
3 sessions
Our first session is to ensure our goals align as a client and therapist. We will iron out any questions, set goals and review tasking.
A relaxation hypnosis is also included as a test run for you to feel what its like.
Here we will go over your tasks and set positive anchors for you to use. We will then dive deep into Hypnosis. Tasks will be set and an easy to follow tailored-plan created.
Between 3-12 months I will be checking in on your progress and we will review your progress with ticking off goals. Refresh anchors or install new ones.
3 sessions

A review of your tasking and we will install positive anchors. We will then dive deep into an hour of Hypnosis. New Tasking will be set and outlined.
This session we will release any limiting beliefs you had and discover the root cause of your issue. This is where the magic happens! New tasking will be created and goals set. Regular checkins between 3-12 months.
4 sessions

This session we will get rid of any limiting beliefs you had and discover the root cause of your issue. This is where the magic happens! New tasking will be created.
In session 4 we will review your previous tasking and go deep with a Performance enhancement hypnosis. This will install your goal setting and set you up for ongoing success. Lastly, tasking of course.
